The Challenge
Grupo Corona operates multiple brands and an event calendar that is in constant motion. Coordinating dates, participating brands, budgets, expenses, and each person's workload across separate spreadsheets kept information siloed and left leadership without a clear view of the operation's real status.
They needed a single system that connected the event calendar, financial control, and task management, with reports that leadership could review at a glance.
Our Strategy
We designed a multi-brand operational CRM with Brands, Budget, and Expenses modules, plus a live event calendar to plan, confirm, and adjust dates without depending on monthly closings. Commercial management is rounded out with a calendar, categories, and zones.
On top of that foundation, we built an executive dashboard with task distribution by status, the weekly trend, workload per person, and the operation's KPIs, along with Google Drive integration. Leadership gets a consolidated, real-time picture of everything.
The Results
Grupo Corona unified on a single platform what previously lived in scattered files: events, budget, expenses, tasks, and metrics, with immediate visibility for leadership's decision-making.
