Our Story
RSUNION started as a video editing and content production company. What began as a post-production service for creators and brands quickly grew into something bigger: a full-service digital marketing agency with a presence in Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
The leap was no accident. As we worked with more clients, we noticed a pattern: companies were switching agencies every six months because none of them delivered real results. Every agency sold packages of deliverables (X posts, Y videos, Z reports), and at the end of the month the client was left wondering why nothing had moved.
The problem wasn't the talent. It was the model. An agency that charges by the deliverable has no incentive to change what isn't working. The scope of work is already signed, and its margin is locked in.
We decided to do something different. We built an hourly-fee model where our incentive is clear: the more results we generate, the more work you approve, and the more we both earn. No rigid deliverables, no inflated scopes, no packages that limit what we can do for you.
