At RSUNION we're a digital marketing and content production agency operating in Guadalajara, Mexico City, Miami, Bogotá, and Dubai. We work with brands that demand the best, and we're looking for someone who moves at the pace of technology — and pushes it forward.
We're looking for a Video Editor with advanced command of AI tools, someone who doesn't just use the technology but understands it, gets the most out of it, and helps us push it further. Someone who stays on top of what's new every week, experiments, and wants to be a reference point in this space.
What you'll do
- Edit high-impact content for clients across different industries (real estate, healthcare, food, fashion, tech)
- Integrate AI tools into production workflows: clip generation, automated subtitles, upscaling, voice cloning, avatars, motion AI
- Propose and test new tools before they go mainstream
- Collaborate with the creative team to raise production standards
- Document and share what you learn internally
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong command or deep exploration of tools like HeyGen, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, Kling, Sora, or equivalents
- A constant-learning mindset — if you don't know something, you go find out
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver on time
- Fluent Spanish; basic English is a plus
