At RSUNION we're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a solid programming foundation who uses artificial intelligence as a key tool to build digital solutions faster, more efficiently, and at scale.
We're looking for real programming ability, technical judgment, and logical thinking, strongly supported by AI. This is not a no-code role or one of simple automated execution.
Responsibilities
- Full stack development: building websites, SaaS-style software, web apps, and mobile apps.
- AI optimization: creating and improving AI-based tools to optimize processes and workflows.
- Efficient development: regular use of AI tools throughout the development cycle.
- Autonomy: collaborating with the team and delivering projects independently.
- Proactivity: proposing technical solutions and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Full stack profile: solid foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript (Next.js and NestJS).
- AI experience: using AI applied to development (beyond copying code).
- English: good enough level to hold meetings and communicate fluently.
- Mindset: proactive, collaborative, and always learning.
