The role
At RSUNION, leads don't just show up on their own: behind every prospect there are paid media campaigns, social content, and automations working to bring in qualified opportunities. Your job is to convert them.
You'll handle prospects via WhatsApp, email, calls, and video calls — mostly text and calls, with the occasional in-person meeting. Most leads come from our digital attraction systems, though there will be some active prospecting from time to time.
You don't start from zero. You start with real opportunities.
What you'll do
- Handle and follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, calls, and video calls — in Spanish or English depending on the client
- Identify what stage of the buying process each prospect is in and act accordingly
- Guide the prospect from first contact through to close
- Use AI tools to draft messages, cut response times, and improve follow-up
- Coordinate with the automation team to adjust scheduling flows
- Keep the CRM updated with every interaction and next step
- Feed insights back to the marketing teams based on what you learn in the field
Profile we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication — you adapt your tone to the channel and the client
- Intermediate-advanced English, written and conversational (required)
- Active use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or others (required)
- Ability to manage several prospects at once without losing track
- Proactive attitude — you spot the problem and solve it without waiting for step-by-step instructions
- A real drive to learn and improve
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or account follow-up
- Intermediate-advanced English (required)
- Active, demonstrable use of AI tools (required)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM, and social media
- Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco
- Available immediately or within 2 weeks
